Augustin George Simmons

Resolving a legal matter is almost never an enjoyable process for a person and it is my job to ensure that the process is as seamless, efficient, and beneficial as possible for my clients. Helping people and securing their rights is something in which I take pride.

My father was an attorney and he spent the last 20 years of his legal career as a trial judge. I learned a lot from him as a person and as a professional. He is the inspiration for my continued desire to help those in need by resolving conflict and protecting rights.

I was born in Washington D.C. and thereafter raised in Missouri. It was this Midwest upbringing, which has provided me the tools necessary to ensure my clients have the highest degree of ethical and zealous representation possible. I maintain a goal-oriented focus: compromising when reasonable, without jeopardizing rights or integrity; and pursuing with aggressiveness when necessary, without sacrificing respect or diplomacy.

I take each client and their respective matter very seriously, as each is very unique. I understand the financial and emotional pressures a client faces, which is why each client receives focused attention and information from our office throughout the representation.

I have been a licensed attorney and member of the Florida Bar since 2004. I am also licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of Florida's Middle District. Further, I am a licensed Florida Realtor and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator.
