The Divorce Process in Florida

Many of our clients' main concerns throughout the divorce process involve property division (equitable distribution) and determining child custody. Our goal is to make each of these processes as seamless as possible and determine a fair resolution that is in your best interests. We will take a comprehensive approach to matters and help with all issues relating to divorce, such as:

Uncontested Divorce

Many people do not realize that there is an alternative to a litigated divorce. Here at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC, we recognize that not every case has to be contentious, and we offer an alternative to litigation for those families who are looking to find a more amicable approach to the situation.

In an uncontested divorce matter your settlement agreement and parenting plan are prepared based on the agreements between you and your spouse. While we will only represent and provide legal advice to one party in an action, we can correspond in writing with your spouse in order to reach a mutual agreement you are comfortable with.

Upon the execution of a Marital Settlement Agreement, the case is filed with the court and the parties will obtain a Final Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage without having to attend any hearings or trials at the court.
